i have a feeling that this tree is lonely.
first of all, its black and white. which means a lot of things. i mean, if it was colorful, it wouldn't look as lonely. also, it gets rid of most of the tones and enhances the main object.
second of all, it looks like its in a forrest but then again not really. its not like a tree that you have in front of your house and its also not in a dense forrest.
maybe a huge gust of wind blew the whole forrest down except for this one tree. nobody knows. (except the artist)
also, it looks like it is rather cold, well, with no leaves and anything and no forrest to keep it warm. that poor tree.

yes this tree is lonely, you are a good observer and have the gift to see more in a pitcure than the ordinary people do, maybe someone has to be artistic to really understand another artist, you know what I mean, and you are a artist my friend, when I took this photo of the tree I saw myself in it and I think that feeling is well captured, I have worked with it in darkroom and have not mixed with it in photoshop:hope:

my old art teacher told me to look at nature and look into things like art to find their true meaning and all of the different tones and shades.
like for example -my art teacher pointed out a red tree. she said to look at all of the colors in it. i was confused and when up to the tree. it turned out that there were purples, blues, reds, crimsons, magentas, oranges, yellows, browns, even some green. i realized that nothing is one color, but all the colors merged together that look like one color at first glance.
so now i look into pictures for life and a story.
i see tons of life and feeling in your art, like a story waiting to unfold.
its like that with all of your work, you pour your feelings into it to set a certain mood unlike other artists who just make art with no feeling in it, no life.
you have a gift like mine. i am glad.

I feel that you are very much like me........I don´t have english as my first language therefore I am not good to expresse me with what I would like to say to you, but hey girl you are so sensistive and deep, are you really only 13?
If you are just 13 then congratulations to being so wise and deep at that young age, but it´s not important with age..........some people have deep souls and are big thinker since they where a child, I also have much in mind and have had that since I was little, I drawed and wrote stories/poetry, I have a lot just laying around, maybe I should take that yp again, the writing, inspired by you!!!:hope:

ah, i read that you were from sweden. but your english is AMAZING.
yes, i am 13, but my birthday is in about 3 months.
ah, thank you. all that i can say is that i read A LOT more than the average 8th grader which gave me my knowledge. Also, when kids were playing with electronic toys, drinking soda, and watching TV, i was making up stories with dolls, drinking water and juice, and reading elaborate picture books.
Also, with me being exposed to Europe and all of its wonders, that really changed my life.
and true, someone that i was talking to on deviant thought that i was 17 or 18. knowledge does not matter with age.
and that would be awesome if you took up writing and drawing again
i can't wait to see it!
